Steve Wagner has over six years of experience supporting construction remediation and site redevelopment projects between Chicago and New York. He brings a strong field background to his role, having begun his career as a heavy equipment operator working on large scale earthwork, environmental re-development projects across multiple Brownfield, Superfund, and industrial properties. His experience includes grading, hauling, fill placement, excavation, demolition support, landfill capping, and preparation of high-liability sites for redevelopment. Steve supports projects from early site activities through active construction by coordinating with field teams and consultants, assisting with budgets, schedules, cost tracking, subcontractor performance, and maintaining clear project documentation while supporting regulatory compliance with state and federal programs. In addition, he is a drone operator, leveraging aerial data to support site documentation, progress tracking, and project oversight.
