Meet Matthew J. Villar
Matt Villar, MRED is originally from New Jersey. He moved to Utah while growing up and finished his undergraduate education at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Later, he obtained a Master of Real Estate Development degree from Arizona State University in Tempe. He previously held Account Executive roles at organizations such as CoStar Group. He has also worked for national real estate development firms, where he oversaw land development in 5 different Utah cities. Additionally, Matt has residential property management and commercial building sales experience as a licensed commercial agent in the State of Utah.
