Daniel Radel manages real estate opportunities for IDA-owned sites, working to source and connect interested parties with properties that have been cleaned, stabilized, and prepared for vertical development.

Having worked in environmental development throughout college, Daniel gained early exposure to brownfield remediation and site redevelopment from the field.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, cycling, and running. He lives with his wife and their dog in New Jersey, spending as much time outdoors as possible.
