Chandler brings over six years of project management and business development experience in the demolition, construction, and redevelopment industries. With a strong field background and leadership in both operations and project oversight, he has managed complex demolition and construction projects. His responsibilities have included coordinating contractors and field teams, estimating, performance reporting, operational planning, and stakeholder coordination. His experience spans site development, heavy equipment operations, property and asset management, and operational strategy.

Chandler’s hands-on knowledge allows him to align field execution with high-level business goals, streamline logistics, and support informed decision-making. He helped develop new technology in demolition material processing, managed contract negotiations, and identified new revenue opportunities through innovative, solutions-focused approaches. Chandler brings a practical, relationship-driven perspective that strengthens project delivery and operational performance across IDA’s initiatives.
