Braxton has over 11 years of management, finance, and accounting experience. He has been involved on the finance side from lender to borrower and has focused on the private business side. He has worked as an assistant controller and controller in various industries including Real Estate, Private Equity Investments, Tax, Commercial Construction, and Property Management. Braxton also operated and owned his own business for years with a successful sale of one of his businesses in 2021. He has extensive experience in tax planning, financial reporting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial accounting standards.
