James A. Wagner, P.E.

Mr. Wagner has more than 30 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, construction, and environmental remediation and is a Registered Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, and Maryland. As Senior Vice President of Operations, he provides executive leadership for the construction remediation and redevelopment of contaminated, high-liability properties, transforming them into compliant, buildable, and revenue-generating assets with controlled risk. He leads environmental liability transfer programs, translating remedial obligations into fully integrated demolition, earthwork, infrastructure, and construction operations utilizing a self-performed workforce and company-owned equipment fleet, while maintaining accountability for cost, schedule, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Wagner oversees multi-site operations across Brownfield, Superfund, industrial, waterfront, and waste management portfolios, managing environmental, financial, and operational risk through disciplined execution. His experience includes large-scale construction redevelopments involving millions of tons of engineered fill; major demolition and decommissioning efforts; Superfund remediation; landfill and CCR impoundment closures; and long-term environmental management of company-owned assets, repositioning environmentally impaired properties for productive reuse and long-term value creation.
